You’re the one who holds it all together.
Therapy for capable, high-functioning adults who feel anxious, self-critical, or quietly exhausted—in Orange County, CA
You’re the one people rely on—capable, responsible, and high-functioning. But inside, you may feel anxious, self-critical, or quietly exhausted. You might be struggling to break out of unhealthy relationship dynamics, caught in a cycle of shame and guilt with food, or need clarity on what is keeping you from thriving.
My name is Marissa Honjiyo. I am a depth oriented relational therapist. that specializes in treating eating disorders, anxiety, and relationship issues. If you’ve noticed certain patterns repeating in your life and want to understand why, I’m here to explore those patterns together and create real, meaningful change.
You don’t have to hold it all together, and you don’t have to do it all alone.
I believe that healing happens within relationship. This includes therapeutic relationships.I prioritize authentic connection and use the safety of our therapeutic relationship to help you work toward your goals, heal family-of-origin wounds, and build secure relationships.
I use a variety of different modalities including attachment theory, relational therapy, and a psychodynamic approach in addition to being trained in Brain Spotting I and Restoration Therapy II.
